This 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.
It is a spacious, air-conditioned villa with a large private pool, set in a rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. There are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Large private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced patio, barbecue, children's area, private parking area.
Inside: Air conditioning throughout (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, balcony, 2 TVs with satellite TV (languages: Spanish, English, French), stereo, DVD player, cot. High chairs and additional cots can be rented for a small extra daily charge.
The pool at this villa is a very generous size and measures 10 meters x 4.8 meters. It has a depth of 1 meter at the shallow end and 1.9 meters at the deep end.
In the open-plan kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has two bathrooms, each with shower cubicle and wc. There is an extra wc located outside the villa in the pool terrace area.
Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
