Casa Pueblo 100A is located in the safe, family-friendly private residential area of Capistrano Village, in Nerja. Boasting well maintained, beautiful comunal gardens and pools, it is a popular choice for families with children and couples/groups of adults alike.
Casa Pueblo is a beautifully refurbished 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment located in front of a large, quiet communal garden area and a 3 min walk to the community pools.
The apartment has its own garden/ terrace with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Casa Pueblo is modern, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
You can enjoy the following facilities:
Master bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds and share a bathroom.
There is high speed wifi and cable TV, as well as an iron and hairdryers.
The apartment also has a large freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. There is also a washing machine.
A travel cot, baby bath and high chair can be hired for a small daily charge.
About the location:
Both Burriana beach and Nerja town are 5min away by car or bus (casa Pueblo is 100 meters from the local bus stop), and there is a great selection of bars and restaurants close to the property as well as in town. A few big supermarkets like Mercadona or Carrefour are also 5 min away. By the pool you will also find a little convenience shop.
Casa Pueblo is located 74 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 2.3 km from Nerja main bus station, 1.5 km from Carrefour supermarket, 2 .5 km from the beautiful Burriana beach and restaurants, 3 km from the famous Balcón de Europa, 9 km from the pretty mountain village of Frigiliana, 5 km from the famous Cuevas de Nerja, 1.5 km from the Chillar river with interesting walks along its course.
Further afield, we are 27 km from the Aquavelis water park, 30 km from Baviera Golf Course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
A car is recommended for visitors to get around, but not essential, the local taxis are very good. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively priced airport transfer if required.

The apartment has recently been refurbished and is very modern inside, and was very spacious for the three of us. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen lounge area, and wc/shower complete with washing machine. Location of the apartment is great, 20-30 minute walk into centre Nerja and the apartment area has two large pool areas. We were very very impressed with the service from Spain Sun, as they made contact prior to our departure with various details and were in regular contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was in order. Would highly recommend this apartment sand we would certainly use Spain Sun again.

I have stayed at el capistrano village many of times,this is the first time staying in this apartment. It was clean and tidy, the bedroom were a good size. The smaller pool was close by and the bigger pool was only a 5 minute walk away. The garden wasee more

The host was quick in replying to messages and sending information on where apartment is located. We all enjoyed our walk down to nerja ,takes about 20 minute.

An excellent apartment for a family. Very well appointed and comfortable. Location was excellent. Patio gets the sun all day. The agent, Maribel , was terrific. We had a small problem on arrival and she came to the property within 30 minutes and it wsee more

A lot of the properties on the village are very dated inside and haven't been d /refurbished for a long time. This apartment couldn't be more different. It's modern, clean and has everything you need with a few extras.

It was spotlessly clean. No smelly fridge here! The beds were comfortable, shower was great, kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine and dishwasher very helpful. The WiFi was a massive bonus, helped keep the kids amused in-between pool visits. Great location on the village being close to both pools. Patio area was lovely. Addition of comfy chairs and sunloungers was a nice touch. Good bbq facilities. Although it hadn't been cleaned from the last tenants. We cleaned it. Apartment is small, but has been designed to make the most of the space. For our family of four, it was perfect. |
