Apartment Burriana is a compact, modern, fully air-conditioned apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an apartment block with access via stairs. Its location, overlooking the beach towards the eastern end of Burriana, means you can be enjoying all the facilities and amenities of the best beach area in Nerja as soon as you leave the apartment building. Nerja town and the famous Balcon area are within 20 minutes walk.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Balcony with patio furniture overlooking Burriana beach. Inside: Air conditioning throughout the property (also heats in the cooler months), iron, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German, French), private covered parking space for one car.
In the kitchen, the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and wc and the other with a shower cubicle and wc.
Apartment Burriana is located 70 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 1.5 km from Nerja bus station, 250 metres from a small local supermarket, 50 meters from beautiful Burriana beach and restaurants, 1.6 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 8 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 2 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 26 km from Aquavelis water park, 29 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly residential neighbourhood and is a popular choice for both families with young children and couples.
A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. This was the perfect property, right on the beach and at a very attractive price. We were 2 hours late in arriving due to flights, but the owner met us and walked us thru the property, including the underground parking.

Spainsunrentals staff were excellent in communicating via whatsapp, answering all questions, and making it a simple check in/out experience. Very clean, excellent WIFI, and just a pleasure to have stayed here. We really did not want to leave! We hope to book this property again on our next visit to Nerja! |
