Świetna lokalizacja blisko do morza oraz do sklepów i restauracji. Choć jest w centrum to okolica spokojna. Niedaleko duży dobrze zaopatrzony market. Budynek spokojny, bardzo dobre warunki do spędzania urlopu, byliśmy jesienią. Dobry kontakt z najemcą za pomocą komunikatora, szybka odpowiedź. Bardzo polecam. Wokół dość trudne parkowanie, mało miejsca i duże spadki, większe parkingi bardziej oddalone.
