This newly modernised, split-level 2-bedroom house is located in the heart of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge, one bathroom and a separate WC. The house has a capacity for 6 guests.
Casa Carretas is air conditioned and split over 3 levels. There is a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy, perfect for the warm evenings as well as the sunny days. The property is finished to a very high standard and has a lovely light and airy feel inside. Guests staying here can enjoy being within very short walking distance of the town centre and beaches.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Balcony from the master bedroom, rooftop terrace with sun beds and patio furniture.
Inside: Fully air-conditioned (also heats in the cooler months) Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, cot and high chair.
In the kitchen, the facilities include a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and WC and a basin/WC on the first floor.
Both bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
Casa Carretas is located 72 km from Malaga airport, 105 km from Granada airport, 500 metres from Nerja bus station, 400 metres from Mercadona supermarket, 450 metres from Playa del Carabeo beach, 750 metres from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 600 metres from the famous Balcon de Europa, 2 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja caves, 7 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 25 km from Aquavelis water park, 28 km from Baviera Golf course, 98 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is suitable for families and couples alike.
A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however, the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.

Edu the owner has thought of everything that you might need, it was like home from home .Edu was a lovely, thoughtful host , it’s the small things that count like leaving umbrellas on the door on the day that rain was forecasted.

This was one of the cleanest places that we have stayed and we are in our 60s! There is loads of hot water and a fully equipped kitchen .It is in a very nice quiet street .We enjoyed sitting out on the front roof terrace for our breakfast and sunbathing on the sun loungers on the back sun terrace.. As for Maribel the rental agent she is a star , she couldn’t offer to do more for you .She is a great customer service provider answering any queries we had straightaway |

Casa muy bien situada en el centro de Nerja, cercana a varias playas y al centro turístico. La casa es confortable, todo se ve muy nuevo y cuidado, los dueños muy dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier problema que te pueda surgir.

This lovely house felt like home from the moment we went inside, it was extremely clean and had everything you needed. The owner lived next door and nothing was too much trouble, we were even left umbrellas on the doorstep one day when it rained! Thesee more

The owner lived next door and nothing was too much trouble, we were even left umbrellas on the doorstep one day when it rained! The house is in a quiet location but very close to the town centre and still only a short walk to the beaches of Nerja. We often stay in Nerja and this lovely house was one of the nicest we had stayed in. We hope to return again soon.

The property was in a brilliant location and a car was not necessary! The welcome basket when we arrived was a lovely touch and we really appreciated it. There is so much space in the property and the private sun terrace was a great feature. We lovedsee more

This was our first time to Nerja and we were not disappointed. The house was clean and welcoming with plenty of space for four. The situation is great just a short walk to the supermarket, beaches, restaurants and the Balcon de Europa. A car is not nsee more

Hauptstrand von Nerja Burriana Beach zu Fuß 600m (2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm 10€/Tag in der Hauptsaision). Altstadt um die Ecke, trotzdem ruhig gelegen.Man erreicht alles auch die Supermärkte zu Fuß und kann sich so den Leihwagen sparen, da man in der Altstadt sowieso nicht parken darf.Tolle Restaurants und Läden am Strand und in der Altstadt.
