This 2 bedroom apartment occupies the lower level of a 3 storey house in Nerja. It has a private pool, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests.
It is an affordable and comfortable property, set within a modern residential development on the edge of Nerja, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. Local shops and restaurants are located within 500 meters of the apartment as well.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Private pool, terrace with sunbeds and patio furniture, barbecue, easy on-street parking for a car.
Inside: Air conditioning unit in the lounge (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German, French), DVD player. A cot and high chair can be rented locally for a small extra charge.
The swimming pool measure 6 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.8 meters at the deep end and 1.1 meters at the shallow end.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
Casa Patricia is located 73 km from Malaga airport, 106 km from Granada airport, 2 km from Nerja bus station, 350 meters from local bus stop, 500 meters from small local supermarket, 1.7 km from Supersol supermarket, 2 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2.5 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 8 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 700 meters from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 26 km from Aquavelis water park, 29 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly residential neighbourhood and is a popular choice for both families and couples. The apartment has an independent entrance from the main villa located above and it has dedicated access to the pool area which is not shared with anyone.

La casa, el jardín con la piscina, la barbacoa, todo súper tranquilo. La chica súper amable. Estancia para repetir. En cuanto volvamos a Nerja volvemos a Casa Patricia sin dudarlo. Recomendado 100%. Ah y limpieza 100 %. Todo súper limpio.

Todo correcto , sitio limpio tranquilo quizás un poco alejado de la playa pero en general muy buena experiencia. Las chicas de la agencia que lo llevan encantadoras sobre todo Maribel. Muy atenta en todo momento antes y después.

Un poco retirado de la playa , pero bueno este detalle no nos importo al principio a no ser porque en Nerja aparcar es prácticamente imposible en temporada alta.
