This split-level 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests. The property is located within a few metres of two other villas that we offer, Villa Palomas and Villa Mirto.
It is a comfortable villa with a private pool and hot tub, set within a modern residential development on the edge of Nerja, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. There is air conditioning throughout the villa and a lovely terrace and balcony areas to sit and relax outside. There are local shops and restaurants within 500 meters of the villa as well.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Private pool , balcony and terrace with patio furniture, hot tub, parking for one car.
Inside: Air conditioning in the bedrooms (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, TV
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with bath/shower and wc and one with shower cubicle and wc.
All three bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.

The hot tub was a lovely addition to this property particularly at this time of year and due to a miss hap and not being very mobile we made a lot of use of this facility. The garden and BBQ area was very nice.

What did we like? Everything! Beautiful Villa, great location and the communication was amazing from start to finish. Any queries they’re very quick to respond. We had the best time and didn’t want to leave, the host was very helpful also. Just stunnsee more

We loved staying in this house. Plenty of room for 4 adults & 2 children. Pool size was perfect, all rooms spotless clean and beds were comfortable. Air con in bedrooms worked perfectly. Distance from town centre - could walk into town 20 mins. Taxisee more

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for peaceful & comfortable accommodation.
