Villa Costa del Sol is a comfortable 4 bedroom split level villa, located in the Punta Lara area of Nerja, approximately 3km west of the town centre. The villa has amazing sea and mountain views, a private pool, jacuzzi, private tennis court, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and four bathrooms with capacity for 8 guests.
The spacious, air conditioned villa is on the edge of a modern residential development which conveniently has its own bar and restaurant. The nearest beach is just 1km away from the villa .
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Private pool with patio area, sunbeds and patio furniture, private tennis court, hot tub/Jacuzzi, BBQ.
Inside: Air conditioning throughout the villa (also heats in the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, TV . A cot and high chair, if required, can be rented locally for a small daily charge.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The swimming pool measures 8 meters x 3 meters.
Use of the jacuzzi is optional with an extra charge.

This was our 2nd stay with Spainsunrentals, and certainly won't be our last. Communication and service from them is 1st class. Another great villa this year. The views were amazing, and the pool and tennis court were excellent for children and adusee more

Although the villa is pretty high up the hill, the walk down to the beach is pretty easy, plus there was the added bonus of being able to stop off at each beach bar on the way into Nerja town centre. |

Pleasant property high above Nerja with gorgeous views. Lots of space to relax both indoors and outside. Wonderful to sit in the hot tub and admire the viewhave breakfast on the large balcony as the sun rose. Floor to ceiling windows in the living rosee more

Whenever issues came up, the rental company was highly responsive and solution oriented. Can't say enough good things about them. Property could probably stand with a wee bit of updating and tlc, but overall it is just fine for a relaxing week away from it all. A car is pretty much essential as there are no shops nearby (completely residential area) and strolling around the immediate vicinity of the property is only for those with a love of steep roads. Nerja itself (less than 10 mins away by car) and the beach area around it are lovely and very strolling friendly. Lots of eating options in the town (really loved Naturale). Would definitely come back!

This property is perfect and clean to a very high standard. The hosts were excellent, a wonderful welcome and always available. The area is beautiful, the property is close to the beach. We stayed for 7 nights and had a very relaxing time, Can't wasee more
